Returns & Exchanges – Procedures for Returns and Exchanges
At Azfefashions, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedures below:
1. Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Final sale items, customized items and jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

Select the order you wish to return or exchange and click on the “Return/Exchange” button.
Fill out the return/exchange form, indicating the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
